Weekend’s La Liga Football Matches Preview

In this article we are going to preview the three games from Spain that involve the three teams vying for the title. The first game comes from the Estadio El Sadar Stadium where Osasuna host top of the table Real Madrid, Vicente Moreno’s side are unbeaten in their last four league games but three of them have ended 1-1. 

The homeside sit in mid-table but 19pts behind Real Madrid after 23 games played, the last time these two played here it ended 4-2 to Real so can they get something out of this game?

The visitors Real Madrid are only a point clear of Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are just a point back in third after a 1-1 draw at home to their Madrid rivals last weekend. Carlo Ancelotti’s side came from behind to beat Man City in the Champions League this week so they will have one eye on the return leg coming up. They are mid-table and arrive into this game on the back of a victory at home to Real Betis (3-2). Kick off 5.30pm Saturday Live on Premier Sports.

The visitors Rayo Vallecano are in 6th in the table and 13 pts behind their opponents, Inigo Perez’s side arrive at this game on the back of three consecutive league wins at home to Girona (2-1), away at Leganes (1-2) and more recently at home to Real Valladolid (1-0). This will be a tough task but the confidence will be high.
