The FA Cup is back this week and what a great fixture to kick off proceedings on Friday, Man United play Leicester at Old Trafford. Ruben Amorim hasn’t been having the best season with his side sitting just below midtable, they will be coming into this match on the back of a 2-0 defeat here to Crystal Palace which ended their three match winning run.

With Marcus Rashford going to Aston Villa on loan the Reds have only two forwards in Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee. The last three times the two sides have met at Old Trafford it ended 3-0, 5-2 and 3-0 all in favour of United so fans will be expecting their side to make the last 16 draw.

It will be a return to Old Trafford for Ruud Van Nistelrooy who had a great career at United as well as a short stint as interim manager. He hasn’t had a great run of form for the Foxes only managing one win in nine games which has left his side in a relegation battle. Jame Vardy was brought off on the hour mark last weekend when his side lost 4-0 away to Everton but he will look to add to his 7 goal tally for the season if picked for the starting eleven. Kick off 8pm Live on ITV.

The lunch time kick off on Saturday comes from the Matchroom Stadium where Leyton Orient host Man City, Richie Wellens side are in 6th in League One and pushing for a play off position when the season comes to a close. This will be a good atmosphere with their stadium holding just under 10000 but the homeside will have their work cut out to hold off the Man City onslaught.

The visitors Man City beat Salford City 8-0 in the third round of this competition now although this game is away from home this time it is a relatively easy tie for Pep Guardiola’s side. They slipped to 5th place in the Premiership after a 5-1 thumping at the Emirates from Arsenal, but this is a great opportunity for a quick bounce back for the Manchester Club. It is highly likely that Erling Haaland will lead the line for his team again for this game. Kick off 12.15pm Live on BBC.

Next game to be televised is an afternoon kick off from St Andrews where Birmingham host Newcastle, Chris Davies side sit at the top of League One and unbeaten in 17 games in all competitions. The homeside have scored 46 goals and only conceded 19 in the league as it stands so Wellens has his side very well organised. This is going to be a tough tie for Birmingham but this is a FA Cup game so anything can happen.

The visitors Newcastle have lost two of their last four games in the Premiership, both being at home firstly to Bournemouth 4-1 and their most recent game 2-1 against Fulham, both occasions they were hot favourites with independent gambling sites. Eddie Howe’s side are hopeful of reaching Wembley as their tie with Arsenal in the EFL Cup Semi-Final is in control after a 2-0 victory at the Emirates. The forward power of Alexander Isak will look to trouble the Birmingham defence.

Match Betting for this tie: Birmingham 5/1, Newcastle ½ and the Draw 7/2 Kick off 5.45pm Live on ITV.
