We have three very important games at the weekend that involve teams battling to avoid the drop. The first we will look into is the game at Goodison Park where Everton welcome Leicester, the Merseyside club were right amongst the relegation zone but the new manager effect has helped them. David Moyes’ side have won their last two games at home to Spurs (3-2) and more recently a victory at Brighton (0-1) midfielder Iliman Ndiaye has scored in two consecutive games for his club so fans will hope he can help his side gain a victory on Saturday.

The visitors put a stop to their seven game losing run when they came back from a goal down to beat Spurs at the weekend. It’s not been plain sailing for Ruud Van Nistelrooy since his arrival to the Midlands but fans favourite Jamie Vardy netted for his team was on the scoresheet in the 2-1 victory at The Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.

The Foxes climbed out of the drop zone but if they don’t get anything from this game they could be making a quick return to it. The last time they came up to Goodison Park was 2022 when they won 2-0 but a lot of players have left since that time. Kick off 3pm.

The other game being played at the same time is Ipswich who host bottom of the table Southampton at Portman Road, Kieran McKenna’s side sit one from bottom after three consecutive defeats in the league at home to Brighton (0-2) and Man City (0-6) then more recently away at Anfield when Liverpool hammered them (4-1).

The last victory at home in the Premiership for them was against Chelsea when they won 2-0, this is by no means an easy game with both teams battling for a win.

The visitors Southampton are on a six game losing run in the league with only a FA Cup win splitting the games where they beat Swansea 3-0 at St Marys. Ivan Juric’s side are a massive 11 points from safety and it looks extremely likely that they will be playing Championship football next season. When the two sides met earlier in the season it ended 1-1 but Ipswich have the home advantage now. Kick off 3pm.

Match Betting:
Independent Gambling Sites: Ipswich 10/11, Southampton 3/1 and the Draw 13/5.
US Gambling Sites For UK: Ipswich 1/1, Southampton 3/1 and the Draw 13/5.

The evening match is a Midlands Derby where Wolves welcome Aston Villa to Molineux, Vitor Pereira’s side slipped into the bottom three after their loss at home to Arsenal at the weekend making it four defeats on the bounce for them in the league and failing to score in three of those games too. They will be without the suspended Joao Gomes after his sending off. This is a massive game for the homeside and its a game they can’t afford to lose.

The visitors Aston Villa are currently in 8th in the Premiership with their home form being the reason for this. They have a big game in the Champions League against Celtic midweek so they will need to recover quickly for this Midlands Derby. When the two sides met earlier in the season at Villa Park it ended 3-1 to the homeside so Unai Emery will look to complete the double and put more pressure on their rivals top flight survival, we think 23/20 is a fair price with EU casinos accepting UK players.

Match Betting: Wolves 5/2, Aston Villa 23/20 and the Draw 5/2 Kick off 5.30pm Live on Sky Sports.

Relegation Betting: Leicester 4/11, Ipswich ½ , Wolves 11/10, Everton 10/1 and its 16/1 bar.

We wish you the best of luck with your selections and please remember to gamble responsibly.
