We have three matches from England live for you on television, the first one for us to preview comes at Carrow road where Norwich host Preston in the Championship. Johannes Thorup side sit in 8th position currently but with only two points away from the playoff positions winning games is paramount for them.
The homeside are unbeaten in three games, with their run starting with a win at home to Swansea (5-1), followed by an away victory to Watford (0-1) and then more recently a draw at home to Derby (1-1). When the two sides met earlier in the season it ended 2-2 so we can expect some goals here.
The visitors Preston are 15th and are in no danger of relegation but also needing a good run of form to stand a chance of reaching the play off positions at the end of the season. Paul Heckingbottom lost the Lancashire Derby to Blackburn (2-1) but have since won their fourth round FA Cup match against Wycombe where they won on penalties.
This will be a tight game but Preston have only managed two wins away from home this season out of their 15 matches. Kick off 8pm Tuesday Live on Sky Sports.

The second match midweek comes from Merseyside where either side of the river meet, Everton have taken a positive turn since the arrival of David Moyes for his second stint at the club. They were in a relegation battle but are now 9pts away from those positions they can relax somewhat. They suffered a home defeat to Bournemouth at the weekend in the FA Cup but their league form has been great, winning three on the bounce.
They started with a victory here to Tottenham where it ended (3-2), then an away win to Brighton (0-1) followed by another home victory to Leicester (4-0). They two sides haven’t met this season but when they did last it ended 2-0 to Everton, since then they have both had a change in managers.
The visitors Liverpool are well in control of the Premiership sitting six points clear, if they win this game in hand here it will be nine so there’s extra motivation as well as it being a Derby game. Arne Slot’s side suffered a shock defeat to bottom of the Championship side Plymouth at the weekend knocking them out of the FA Cup, they did rest some key players as they only played in the second leg of the EFL Cup semi-final three days previously where a 4-0 victory over Spurs meant they have a trip to Wembley.
All key players will be back for this mouthwatering clash but which way will the result go? Kick off 7.30 Wednesday Live on TNT Sports.

The last of the midweek games comes from Bramall Lane where Sheffield United host Middlesborugh, Chris Wilder’s side are second in the Championship and trying to chase down a two point deficit to Leeds. The homeside have won four of their last five league games beating Norwich at home (2-0), Swansea away (1-2), Derby away (0-1) and Portsmouth at home (2-1). The only defeat came to Hull at Bramall Lane where it ended (0-3).
The visitors Middlesbrough are 7th in the table but Michael Carrick’s side are hoping to end the season in the playoff positions as they are currently just one point out of them. They haven’t been in the best of form though losing three of the last four league games, firstly Portsmouth away (2-1), followed by a home win against West Brom (2-0), a away defeat to Preston (2-1) and more recently a home defeat to playoff challengers Sunderland (2-3).
They really need to get back on the winning front but doing so here will be a challenge for Carrick’s team. Kick off 8pm Wednesday Live On Sky Sports.
